[tuner23] Mass Air Conversion kit and Tune Up

Does anyone know of a good Mass Air Conversion kit for the 2.3? Is there
an O2 senser reader?

I have an XR4Ti and I need a tune up badly. What would be the
recommended way of approaching this? Should I start with the codes and
then if the codes go no where, start checking the tolerances of the
sensors?

What sensors are problematic?
