[tuner23] Idle RPM adjustment policy...

Hello EEC Gurus!
Can anyone shed some light on the matter of idle adjustments performed by
ECU?
Why sometimes it idles at 2000RPM? I heard that ECUs in cars with auto
transmission treat idle differently at park/neutral and drive. Is there
any system for Neutral detection in PF3 (XR with T9 5-speed)?
