Good point. My comments were for timing only.

Based on the data in the tables at 3518 and 35A0 a
maximum of 2 degrees spark advance is added below 60 degrees F.


Also based on the calibration data at 3518 and 35A0
spark timing is never retarded based on ACT.

That doesn't sound right. There are two similar tables, one for VAT and the other ACT. Both add '0' timing and subtract it after the temperature goes high enough.

Let me take another look at the code.  My mouth isn't
big enough for both feet.  8)
